We are looking for a Head Chef to run a busy country inn kitchen, all our menu is fresh food and locally sourced were possible.
We are looking for a loyal, reliable and honest experienced chef, who can lead a team and nurture them to achieve their potential.
The ideal candidate needs to be able to reach excellent gp’s through menu planning and specials boards using seasonal produce
Maintain a 5* Food Hygiene certificate with the local council
The Gardeners Country Inn hosts weddings through the year with varying menus.
We offer a very competitive salary and 5 weeks holidays per annum
